This is delicious, I pretty much made as you stated but I purchased beef strips at my grocery store and threw in another garlic clove, definately one I will make many times again, great recipe QueenBea, we all loved it, thanks!

This was excellent dressing. I did not have fresh tarragon so I used dry. anything with fresh herbs would be better but this still turned out delicious, thanks will make again.
