Loved this tuna salad! I cut the recipe in half and enjoyed it for lunch at work. Because I was at work, I didn't add the tomato and arugula. Just had a basic sandwich, but I can really see how it would enhance the flavor of this salad. I liked the addition of dijon and cilantro the best. Thanks for sharing!

This smells so wonderful while it is cooking! I was worried about no directions for pulling the meat off the bones, but it just dissolved off while cooking and I pulled the bones and most of the skin out. (My son likes some skin!) I added salt and pepper when browning the chicken. I had to use all thighs. I couldn't fine quarters at the store this time. Delicious soup/stew and one I will make again. Thanks for sharing Mike!

I have made this twice! I've made scrambled eggs just in a coffee mug, but never added sour cream. Just milk and cheese and sometimes bacon. The sour cream adds a nice creaminess. Thanks for sharing!!
