Well, it's been quite a while since my last Blog Post. A lot has been going on and now we are in the planning stages for the upcoming 2012 growing season.
There's a LOT to list, but here are the highlights:
I have never written anything, especially a blog. I have never fancied myself important enough to think anyone would "follow" me or even care to read what I write. So, that being said, please bear with me. I have thought long and hard on what I have to say or could even have to say that anyone would care about.
Overcooked!!!
I browned the meat in the frying pan. I reduced the liquid to 1 1/2 cups of broth. Added a flour and water paste to thicken.
Hello
I am using this space to document my experiments with my electric pressure cooker. Hopefully this will prevent bits scrap paper accumulating everywhere! So far some things have turned out great, others have been awful.
If I can link to the recipe I will however I don't feel it's fair to the author for me to review something when I have changed the cooking method.
Hello everyone at RecipeZazz! Isn't this site awesome?! and it's not even complete yet so can you imagine?
I am not always around cause sometimes life happens but while I am around I'll be sharing lots of photos and hopefully be posting a lot of small batch dessert recipes in the near future. They are all experiemtns which have turned out delicious (for my tastebuds) so if you guys decide to try any of them I would love feedback (good and bad) so I can take it into consideration when I am whipping up future recipes for possible submission.
I am the Forum Host for "The Library" and "What's For Dinner". Please come and join me as I love to read & cook. I will be presenting many events in these Forums.
Welcome to ZAZZ.
I have such fond memories of my friend Leeanne (sadly, living in Texas now) whom I met when my husband and I lived in Auburn California for a short time. Lee was my neighbour and a very good friend.
Our rented homes were on a huge plot owned by the same man, Lee had the "big house" in the front and we had the smaller 2 bedroom house behind hers.
The day she moved in with her husband and two sons we hit it off straight away.
Lee is also an excellent cook and gave me some wonderful recipes her family have been making for years.
